You can request the deletion of your personal data and account information held by Xclusive Desk. This page explains what can be deleted and how to make a request.

1. Overview

Xclusive Desk, operated by Xclusive Platforms Private Limited, respects your right to request deletion of the personal data we hold about you. Depending on your jurisdiction and your relationship with us, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.

2. What Can Be Deleted

On a valid request, we can delete personal data associated with your account, which may include:

  • Name, email address, and mobile number
  • Company and billing details you provided
  • Account preferences and configuration
  • Support requests and related correspondence
  • Communication data such as call records, recordings, and logs, subject to legal retention requirements

3. How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your data, please do one of the following:

  1. Email us at support@xclusivedesk.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"; or
  2. Contact our team via the Contact page and indicate that you wish to delete your data.

Please include enough information for us to identify your account. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.

4. What Happens Next

  • We acknowledge your request and may ask for verification.
  • We delete or anonymize the relevant personal data within a reasonable period.
  • We confirm once your request has been completed.

5. Data We May Retain

Some information may be retained where we are required or permitted to do so by law, for example to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, to prevent fraud and abuse, or to maintain security records. We retain such data only for as long as necessary and protect it in line with our Privacy Policy.

6. Customer (Business) Accounts

If your data was provided to us by a business customer using Xclusive Desk (for example, as an end user of their service), that customer is the controller of your data. We will refer such requests to the relevant customer and assist them in fulfilling their obligations.
